Liquid ring packages   L-SV Circuit Pumps For consistent operation, liquid ring pumps require a constant supply of operating liquid, which exits the unit with the conveyed gas on the discharge side. To reduce or eliminate the need for a continuous supply of fresh liquid, we have developed standardized circuit units. L-BL2 Also called the “Pump in a Box,” these portable units are oil-free and air-cooled. They feature an L-BV liquid ring pump, industrial electric motor, discharge separator, seal water cooler, and discharge air cooler. Installation is simple—just connect the suction line and motor, fill the water tank, and the unit is ready for use! With contact-free compression and an integrated discharge air cooler, maintenance and wear are kept to a minimum. Additional benefits include quiet operation, continuous duty design, and suitability for humid environments. L-BL2 Frame-Mounted Units These units combine L-BL2 liquid ring pumps with G-BH1 side channel blowers (or vacuum pumps using a different operating principle) mounted on a frame. The blower can function at a fixed speed or variable speed via a frequency converter, significantly boosting pump performance in the 40 to 150 mbar range. Water loss is minimized by collecting condensate from the exhaust, meaning many applications require little or no additional water after startup. L-BL2 Split Design For handling very high air volumes, L-BL2 pumps are disassembled into individual components, with tubing, valves, and other accessories added before the unit is reassembled on a steel plate. This split design is ideal for applications involving aggressive suction materials, such as those in the food and beverage industry, and is available in full stainless-steel versions. We also offer models suitable for integration into CIP cleaning processes, with air-to-water or plate heat exchangers available.

C-Series dry running systems efficiently generate contact-free vacuum or compressed air through internal compression, resulting in significant energy savings over traditional rotary lobe designs that lack this feature. Enjoy a more economical solution for your needs!   Versatile Performance The C-VLR claw vacuum pumps and C-DLR claw compressors deliver a wide range of performance, achieving ultimate pressures of up to 50 mbar (absolute) in vacuum and 2.2 bar in pressure during continuous operation. Our combination pressure-vacuum pumps can maintain underpressure down to -0.6 bar and overpressure up to +1.0 bar. Innovative Claw Technology The C-Series features precisely engineered claws that roll together without contact, synchronized by a high-precision gear set. This ensures dry, wear-free compression, and special seals keep the compression chamber separate from the gearbox. The claw rotors effectively manage the flow of the medium by opening and closing the inlet and outlet channels, eliminating the need for sealing fluids within the compression chamber. Another remarkable aspect of this technology is the overhung rotor design, available in sizes up to model 300. We also offer gas-tight versions with minimized leakage rates. Our patented triple-lobe rotors introduce air charging for the first time, allowing for simultaneous vacuum and pressure creation in a single stage. Additionally, explosion-proof models with reduced leakage and ATEX-compliant compressors are available. Advantages: • High efficiency • Dry, contact free operation • Process safe and reliable • Cooling air can be discharged • Robust housing • Variable speed drives available • Low sound level • Patented triple lobe rotors • Pressure and vacuum combined in one stage • ATEX available
